My family and I were looking for a spot for lunch before driving another hour home. Did a quick search on Yelp and boy this restaurant did not disappoint! Food was AMAZING!!! All the dishes that we ordered were SUPERB! From dim sum, to mains, down to the tomato sauce fried rice--all delicious. Service was prompt and friendly. Now we have something to look forward to every time we pass Folsom. Can't wait to be back!

Delicious spot! Love the chowmein, any of the salt & pepper dishes - especially the fish, Mongolian beef and walnut shrimp. Stop by, you won't regret it!

Great small restaurant with service. Love their chicken chow fun with bean sauce. Huge selection of Chinese food.

The price was fair . The food was very good the service was excellent . I will be back . Located by Chili's in Folsom by outlets .

The photos on the reviews really don't do the flavors here justice. I was pleasantly surprised with this place. I didn't expect much, we settled for the best rating and closest place to us. I was really wanting authentic mom and pop shop vibe but this was more on the modern side. We got Combo chow mein, sesame chicken (a good sub for orange chicken) and broccoli beef. I really like the texture of the skinny chow mein noodles, my gf prefers the fatter noodles they ask you which one you want. I'd say the fatter noodles are more authentic butttt I actually loved the skinny noodles. the broccoli beef was tender and delicious and the sesame chicken was so flavorful and super good. One thing I wasn't a fan of was the egg rolls there's a strong flavor I'm not a fan of I'm not sure what it is... I wanna say ginger, maybe, but I'm not sure. I don't prefer the egg rolls but everything else was so good! Great service as well as very clean and simple. Portions are huge! I unfortunately couldn't get a combo plate (only at lunch time) which is why we got so much lol one thing I REALLY appreciated was everything came out PIPING HOT. That was a major plus for me I'm new to the area so I'm glad I found a really tasty Chinese spot. I will be back

Came here with my mom after some shopping at the Folsom Outlets. I liked the menu options. There was plenty to choose from without being a crazy big menu. We kept it pretty simple. We each ordered a small soup (won ton and hot and sour). The servings were generous and both soups, super tasty and fresh. Note that only these soups and the egg flower soup can be ordered in small servings and only when dining in. Otherwise they have just one regular size but still decently priced (I got a won ton soup to go as well). Then there was the chow mein. We got shrimp chow mein with the thicker noodles. I judge a place by their chow mein and this was the best I've had in quite a while. Super flavorful and lots of it. Cannot recommend it enough. Service was efficient and very friendly. Plus the restaurant was very clean and well kept. We'll be back to try some of the dim sum and stir fry options. We've been looking for a good Chinese restaurant and I think Andy's is the one!

Solid Chinese food. I've had so many from nearly every restaurant in the area and neighboring cities and this place is a favorite of mine. The food is not overly salty but still has great flavor. The type of food you "don't get tired of" as you keep eating. Sometimes at other restaurants the dishes have flavor that blends into each other and starts to taste redundant, but I found this wasn't the case at all. I ordered the HK style noodles, salt and pepper fish, and Mongolian chicken. Everything was fantastic. Happy with the flavor and was not pushed away by anything being underseasoned, undercooked, or overly salty or greasy. I'll be ordering from them again.

Was craving Chinese so I came back to Andy's kitchen and it didn't disappoint! I called in an order and it was ready in about 20 minutes. The pork potstickers were great and fresh. I had leftovers for lunch the next day! My go to spot for Chinese food.

Came here for a late lunch on a Friday afternoon around 2:30. Oh my God the food here is amazing! I got the lunch special salt and pepper fish with chow mein. This was the best lunch special I've had in quite some time. The fish was cooked perfectly and season well with just enough spiciness to give it the kick it needs. The fish was not greasy at all. A good amount of fish and then the chow mein was excellent! I haven't had a good chow mein in a while either. Usually it's overly salty or overly greasy with no flavor. Andy's kitchen knocked it out of the park. The first bite of the chow mein I was sent to heaven! If I'm ever in the area I will definitely be back. If you are, I suggest you try it out as well!
